Brief Description: Srishti Innovative Computer Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Flutter Developer proficient in Dart language to join our innovative team. This role involves designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software within the Flutter framework. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of mobile app development, Flutter workflows, and best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and deploy software in the Flutter framework and Dart language.
• Develop user interface components and implement them using Flutter/Dart workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering leads to achieve business and project objectives.
• Conduct code reviews of team members' commits as part of the CI/CD cycle.
• Participate actively in testing, quality assurance, and bug fixes.

Preferred Skills:

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience developing mobile apps natively in iOS and/or Android.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience developing and delivering Flutter-based apps.
• Good understanding of state management, Flutter flavors, and app architecture.
• Strong communication and consultative skills; proactive and self-initiated.
• Experience in a remote software development environment is beneficial.
• Experience with building apps and software for consumer goods is a plus.
• Degree in software engineering, computer science, or software development is desirable.
• Nice to have skills: Firebase, Azure DevOps, PWA (Progressive Web Apps).
