Brief Description:

Cloud Control Solutions Inc. is in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Tech Lead to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in steering our DevOps team towards implementing cutting-edge practices in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment to optimize our software development and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the DevOps team to manage and enhance infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability across diverse platforms.
• Design and execute robust CI/CD pipelines in both cloud and on-premises environments, automating and streamlining deployment processes.
• Oversee container orchestration using Kubernetes, encompassing configuration, scaling, and deployment processes across development, staging, and production environments.
• Develop and maintain cloud solutions, leveraging a wide array of cloud services to meet organizational needs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure system security by integrating top-notch tools and practices into the development lifecycle.
• Design and implement monitoring solutions, dashboards, and alerts to ensure high availability and prompt updates on system performance and security issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance architecture and engineering practices.
• Mentor and manage team members, establishing clear goals and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in a variety of DevOps tools and platforms, including Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Git, and Docker.
• Strong expertise in container management using Kubernetes, including helm charts and Kubernetes yaml configurations.
• Expert knowledge in various cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), encompassing managed services and serverless architectures.
• Comprehensive understanding of both Microsoft and Linux environments, including scripting in Bash or PowerShell and administration of related tools.
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines tailored for cloud infrastructure.
• Solid experience in creating observability stacks using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and the ability to mentor others in best practices and innovative techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in Kubernetes, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and other DevOps technologies.
• Experience with network engineering and security best practices, including firewall management and intrusion detection systems.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
