Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to frontend developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Work closely with backend developers to define technical solutions and translate product requirements into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth deployment pipelines and integration with backend services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable frontend code using modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular).
• Implement best practices for code quality, performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of frontend architecture and coding standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends, evaluating their potential for improving our development process and application features.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related fields.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a professional frontend developer.
• In-depth knowledge of modern frontend development frameworks and libraries (e.g., ReactJS, JavaScript)
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript best practices.
• Experience with UI/UX design principles and the ability to translate designs into functional and user-friendly interfaces
• Good knowledge, understanding, and experience working with multi-tier architectures.
• Exposure to complete product development cycles.
