Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve application errors, ensuring detailed logging and reporting.
• Analyze data to identify root causes of technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop internal tools for process automation and platform enhancement.
• Maintain extensive documentation and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Monitor production applications to meet SLAs for availability and scalability.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Core Java or front-end technologies like React.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SQL for database querying.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA, Rally, or ServiceNow.
