RM Education Solutions India Pvt Ltd invites applications for Service Desk Engineer and System Admin positions.

Service Desk Engineer Requirements:

• Experience: 3-7 years
• Skills: Windows servers (2012/2016/2019), Active Directory, RDS, Intune, Office 365, Azure AD, SCCM/MECM, VMware/Hyper-V, PowerShell scripting, antivirus management, backup solutions, VLANs, switches, routers, ITIL processes.

System Admin Requirements:

• Experience: 4-8 years
• Skills: Windows servers (2016/2019/2022), Windows 10/11, Intune, MECM, Active Directory, IIS, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, client-server networks, Wufb/WSUS, WDS, M365, Google Workspace, antivirus, backup solutions, Hyper-V, VMware, data storage, managed wireless solutions.

Preferred Skills: Apple Solutions knowledge.

Walk-In Venue:
RM India, 2nd Floor, Ganga Building, Technopark, Phase 3, Trivandrum.
