Job Purpose:

KENLAND IT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is seeking a dynamic and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Finance and Controlling (FI CO) for SAP and other applications. As a strategic leader, you will oversee the management, delivery, and support of the organization's IT application portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute IT application strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee application modernization, optimization, and innovation.
  • Ensure IT applications support business processes and KPIs.
  • Optimize the application portfolio for maximum ROI.
• Enterprise Applications Management:
  • Manage ERP tools like SAP, including implementation, upgrades, and optimization.
  • Oversee group consolidation, simple finance transformations, and S4 Data Migration.
  • Implement and manage SAP S4 HANA systems and integration with applications like CRM and SRM.
  • Expertise in modules such as MM, SD, HCM, and PS, with a focus on retail and manufacturing industries.
• Business Niche Applications Management:
  • Lead analytical solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SAC.
  • Knowledge of Business Planning & Consolidation and Fiori Apps in FICO modules.
• Service Delivery:
  • Ensure high-quality IT services with effective service management processes.
  • Manage incident and problem resolution, optimizing service delivery through automation.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with vendors to meet business needs with efficient solutions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure IT applications meet their requirements.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and drive innovation in IT applications.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications like PMP, ITIL, SAP, or Salesforce are a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years in IT applications management, with 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S4HANA, retail, and manufacturing industry solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
