Job Description

ODEPC recruits Male Security Guards to UAE. The selection criteria are as follows:

Selection Criteria:

• Physical Attributes: Strength and fitness are required.
• Age: Between 25 - 40 years
• Height: Minimum 175 cm
• Medical Fitness: No pre-existing conditions, good hearing and optical status
• Physical Appearance: Smart, no visible tattoos or scars

Communication Skills:

• English proficiency is mandatory (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for security and public safety
• Familiarity with security concepts, practices, and procedures

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in security (Army, Police, Security, etc.)
• Experience Certificate must be submitted

Educational Qualifications:

• SSLC or equivalent

Salary Details

• Basic Salary: AED 1,200/-
• Housing: Shared company accommodation
• Transport: Company-provided transport
• Security Allowance: AED 720/- (Subject to physical attendance)
• Normal Overtime Allowance: AED 342/- (for 52 hours overtime per month, based on actual worked hours)
• Gross Salary: AED 2,262/-
