Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit

• Sub Inspector of Police (Trainee): Candidates must be between 20–31 years (Born between January 2, 1993, and January 1, 2004, inclusive).

2. Educational Qualification

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.

3. Physical Standards

For Men:

• Height: 165.10 cm (SC/ST: 160.02 cm)
• Chest: 81.28 cm with a minimum expansion of 5.08 cm

For Women:

• Height: 160 cm (SC/ST: 155 cm)

Physical Efficiency Test

Candidates must qualify in five out of eight events (men) or five out of nine events (women) as per the National Physical Efficiency One-Star Standard Test.

Male Candidates:

1. 100m Run: 14 seconds
2. High Jump: 132.20 cm (4’6”)
3. Long Jump: 457.20 cm (15’)
4. Shot Put (7.264 kg): 609.60 cm (20’)
5. Cricket Ball Throw: 6096 cm (200’)
6. Rope Climbing (hands only): 365.80 cm (12’)
7. Pull-ups: 8 times
8. 1500m Run: 5 minutes 44 seconds

Female Candidates:

1. 100m Run: 17 seconds
2. High Jump: 106 cm
3. Long Jump: 305 cm
4. Shot Put (4 kg): 400 cm
5. 200m Run: 36 seconds
6. Throw Ball: 1400 cm
7. Shuttle Race (4x25m): 26 seconds
8. Pull-ups: 8 times
9. Skipping (1 minute): 80 times
